Q: How do I get my bike fixed?
A: Easy. Call me and bring your bike over. If you can't transport it, I may be able to arrange pickup for a small fee.
Q: Where are you located?
A: We're located at 3756 Maple Avenue, in Augusta Township which is approximatly 2km north of Prescott, Ontario.
Q: When will my bike be repaired?
A: We can fix most bikes within one to two business days.
Q: Do you charge more to install mail-ordered parts or parts that I don’t get from you?
A: Of course not.
Q: Mind if I watch?
A: Nope. If you want to watch, we assume that you want to learn. So don’t be surprised if I put you to work, but beware, bike repair is dirty work.
Q: Do you accept credit cards?
A: No, not at this time, sorry.

A: Check out the "Our Prices" section for pricing samples. We also have individual labor charges if there is no need for a full tune-up or overhaul. I will be more than happy to provide a no obligation estimate.
Q: What's the difference between a tune-up and overhaul, and how do I know which I need?
A: There is a big difference. A tune-up adjusts everything head-to-toe on the bicycle while an overhaul includes a complete strip-down, cleaning, and rebuild of the bicycle. Most casual cyclists get one to two tune-ups per year and an overhaul every one to three years.

A: Absolutely! Check out the "Contact Us" page for our location. If only a wheel needs fixing, just bring the wheel.
Q: What parts do you have in stock?
A: We always have the most common replacement parts in stock. This includes tubes, tires, chains, cables, cable housing, and brake pads. We also keep a limited selection of derailleurs, cassettes, seats, accessories, and other small parts. If you have something specific in mind, let us know and we can usually get it within a few days. I also carry a good selection of used parts and accessories
